Discover the man behind the legend and see not only his much admired paintings but also his writings which often corresponded with the paintings. In the exhibition you can find these alongside the completed art works, so you will be able to find out how the drawings relate to the cycles of nature, friendship, religion and literature.
Through his life Vincent van Gogh produced over 800 paintings and 1,200 drawings.
The unique exhibition highlights 35 rarely exhibited letters, 30 drawings and 65 paintings, including:
