Vincent Van Gogh

Visit the unique exhibition about the real Vincent van Gogh - the fascinating painter and writer at the Royal Academy of Arts.

The exhibition makes its way to London after more than 40 years so if you have seen just one of the amazing paintings you will make sure you will visit this one of a kind event!

Discover the man behind the legend and see not only his much admired paintings but also his writings which often corresponded with the paintings. In the exhibition you can find these alongside the completed art works, so you will be able to find out how the drawings relate to the cycles of nature, friendship, religion and literature.

Through his life Vincent van Gogh produced over 800 paintings and 1,200 drawings.

The unique exhibition highlights 35 rarely exhibited letters, 30 drawings and 65 paintings, including:
